BIM Modeler (5 days, Ubi)

Job Title: BIM Modeler

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Ubi

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:
• Interpret technical drawings and create, update, and maintain BIM models
• Create BIM files, title blocks, and BIM object families
• Maintain BIM version control in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Coordinate with project teams to gather design information and resolve technical issues
• Assist the BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager with project coordination
• Attend site meetings and support project planning and management

Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• BIM modeling experience, including internship experience
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage for structural modeling
• Able to interpret construction drawings and work collaboratively in a project environment
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
