BIM Modeler

Job Descriptions:

BIM Modeler shall have a broad range of responsibilities, but will primarily be concerned with:

Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.
Preparing BIM models using Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Revit based on interpreting of engineering design requirements from verbal instructions or engineering sketches in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation discipline drawings.
Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.
Identifying and documenting clashes using clash detection software.
Recording and monitoring the shared data and relationships between models, for example grids, floor levels and shared project coordinates.
Following and enforcing the mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures in the BIM Execution Plan.
Follow-up on the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues are dealt with effectively.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 3 years production experience in BIM design environment, drafting or process engineering with relevant certification/Diploma.
To have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software such as Autodesk Plant 3D, Revit, etc.
Knowledge in Bentley OpenPlant & OpenBuildings Designer is an added advantage.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued improvement in BIM.
Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Aspiration to work in world class water and infrastructure projects.

Salary ranges up to S$6,000 and will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
