- Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings.
- Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing works.
- Coordinating submission schedules, monitor modelling/update drawing and inform key personnel if there are any changes.
- Creating and updating BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information.
- Preparing models for Clash Detection Coordination.
- Working closely with the project team in coordination, organization and preparation of documents and drawings, adhering to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Other BIM-related duties that may be required to perform.
Requirements:
- With 2 or more years of experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks.
- Degree/diploma holder in Architecture/Engineering.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint. Knowledge in Autocad & Microsoft Project has added advantage.
