BIM Modeler (Electrical)
Summary
Creates and refines 3D electrical models and technical drawings using BIM software like Revit and Navisworks for construction projects.
• Develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software.
• Analyze and integrate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafting work.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Manage and update project documentation and drawing records.
• Support in identifying and resolving design and technical challenges during project execution.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Complete at least 2 HDB/Condo Project
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for M&E construction in Singapore.
