BIM Modeler - Electrical

• Location: Macpherson
• Monday - Saturday: 8.30am - 6pm
• Basic + Completion bonus + Variable Bonus

A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings based on as-built information, project specifications and site requirements.

• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant technical standards, project specifications and submission requirements.

• Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams to incorporate design changes and drawing amendments accurately.

• Support BIM modelling, documentation and submission processes, ensuring drawings and project records are properly maintained.

• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and project completion activities.

• Perform other ad-hoc technical and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient in or familiar with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different project teams.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage drawing updates and coordination work accurately.
