BIM Modeler

• Responsible for the development and update of Construction BIM Models
• Liaise and communicate closely with project team, client representative, consultants and sub-contractor
• Manage and monitor the BIM deliverables and ensure work deliver on schedule
• Able to provide information on the projects, the extent of BIM usage in the projects and the roles involved.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years in construction industry preferably with contractor's experience
• Minimum 3 years Revit Architectural/Structural/MEP experience
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and able to work as a Team
