  • Participate in BIM and coordination meetings and communicate model-related issues and required changes to project teams and consultants.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the company's use of BIM and construction technology.
  • Support quantity takeoffs and other model-based analyses when appropriate as the role/department expands.

Qualifications

  • 4 years minimum experience using BIM and/or Revit in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience working with and modifying models created by other architects, engineers, consultants, or contractors.
  • Ability to understand construction documents and identify discrepancies between models, drawings, and actual field conditions.
  • Ability to make accurate model changes based on design revisions, RFIs, field conditions, and other project information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with residential or commercial construction.
  • Experience working with concrete and/or structural steel construction.
  • Experience working for a general contractor, developer, home builder, or design-build organization.
  • Experience coordinating models received from third-party consultants.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar model collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consultant-provided models are organized, coordinated, and maintained throughout the project based on direction provided by the internal design and construction teams.
