BIM Modeler (MEP)
- Develop and maintain BIM models for Electrical and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and installation drawings.
- Prepare detailed layouts for lighting systems, power distribution, small power systems, cable trays and conduits, earthing and lightning protection systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire protection piping.
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and applicable codes.
- Assist engineers in preparing quantity take-offs and construction documentation.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery.
- Maintain organized BIM libraries, families, and project documentation.
- Support as-built model updates and project handover documentation.
