Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support structural engineering projects through precise modelling and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Execute BIM modelling and produce accurate structural building drawings.
- Prepare detailed design drawings for regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality BIM outputs.
- Maintain and update drawing records, registers, and version control.
- Resolve project-related technical issues through active participation in meetings.
- Support engineering teams in developing and improving BIM standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in C&S consultancies.
- Familiarity with local authority submission requirements for building projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple project deliverables.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional upskilling.
