BIM Modeler/Technician

Create accurate, information-rich BIM models and drawings from design information and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update discipline-specific Revit models and families.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details from models.
• Apply project standards and resolve model/drawing issues identified during reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Architecture, Engineering, or drafting-related field.
• 3+ years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge preferred.
