BIM MODELLER AND DRAFTER

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and refinement of BIM models, ensuring they are precise and meet project specifications.
• Update models regularly to reflect design changes and team input.
• Utilize BIM tools (such as AutoCAD and Revit) to produce design development, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Generate comprehensive documentation to assist in different phases of the project.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to facilitate effective communication across disciplines.
• Provide assistance to project engineers and managers throughout all project stages.
• Continuously improve drafting and BIM skills by keeping up with the latest technological advancements.
• Prepare and revise accurate technical drawings based on sketches, notes, or direction from the design team.
• Prepare drawings for reproduction using various methods, ensuring they meet specified standards and are ready for distribution or use.
