Job Summary:
The BIM Modeller (ACMV) is responsible for preparing and coordinating BuildingInformation Models related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation(ACMV) systems. The role involves producing accurate 3D models, shop drawings,and ensuring coordination with other disciplines to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems using software such as Revit.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate with other trades (structural, architectural, MEP).
  • Ensure all models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
  • Update BIM models based on site conditions and design changes.
  • Liaise with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM data.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling for ACMV / MEP projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of ACMV systems and construction processes.
  • Familiar with BIM standards and submission requirements (e.g., LOD, BIM execution plan).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Singapore projects and BIM submission requirements (e.g., BCA guidelines).
  • Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms.
