BIM Modeller / Engineer

About Company:

Our client is a technology service provider to the microelectronics industry which head office is located in Singapore for regional operations.

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain BIM models for semiconductor facility projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software

- Prepare detailed 3D models for: Process piping systems & Tool hook-up services

- Perform clash detection and coordination with various disciplines to minimize site conflicts

- Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models

- Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability

- Update BIM models according to site changes, feedback comments from contractors, RFIs and revised drawings

- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM execution plans and company standards

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related disciplines

- Minimum 1 year of BIM modelling experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects

- Proficient in both Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

- Knowledge of process piping, exhaust, HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, gas, and chemical systems is an advantage

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction specifications

- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight schedules

- Site experience in tool hook-up or facility installation works is an added advantage

Compensation:

-- Work location: Tampines

- Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (5 days work week, no fixed off days)

- 6 months contract, with option to renew

- Monthly Allowances (if applicable, for example Engineer Hardship Allowance up to $720/month, etc.)
