BIM Modeller for Plumbing & Sanitary Projects
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems, including fixtures, pipes, and layouts, using specialized software.
- Generate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM models.
- Utilize BIM software to automatically identify and resolve conflicts between plumbing systems and other building elements, such as structure or electrical systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other trade specialists to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems into the overall project design.
- Extract quantity information for plumbing materials from the BIM models for cost estimation.
- Address technical issues and incorporate feedback to revise and update drawings and models throughout the project lifecycle.
