Bim Modeller

•DevelopBIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications from Engineers.

•DevelopBIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.

•Responsible for theupdates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of theBIM models.

•Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager toensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.

•Work with sub con to co-ordinate with their model to be implement onsite and co-ordinate the model with them

•ProducingRFA/RFI from the model

•ConductingICE with client and PM on regular basic

•Ableto Integrate VDC into the project upon completion of BIM model

•Developoverall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings

•Assistingin plan, design, presentation and documentation

•Anyad-hoc duties as assigned
