BIM Modeller
Summary
Creates 3D BIM models, runs clash detection, and drafts construction plans using BIM software. Assists project managers with schedules, document control, and subcontractor coordination.
We look for BIM Modeller proficient in Civil and Structure trade.
Well Verse in BIM software. Creates and update Civil and Structure BIM models base on Tender drawing and corrigendum in accord to latest drawing.
Assist project Manager to ensure that the progress is in accordance with the work schedule and quality requirements.
Filing of Engineering drawings and documents including vendor data and documents.
Provide copies of latest revision to Subcontractors as required by distribution schedule as fast as possible.
Handling the tasks of drawings and processing engineering documents.
Communicate effectively with engineering staff on the status of drawings.
Assisting QS with bidding and quantity calculation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
- At least 1 year related working experience
