BIM Modeller (HVAC)
Summary
Creates detailed 3D HVAC models in Autodesk Revit MEP for buildings, coordinates with other disciplines, and generates construction documents.
- Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
- Model HVAC systems including:
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Chilled Water Systems
- Ventilation Systems
- Smoke Extraction Systems
- Fresh Air Systems
- Exhaust Air Systems
- Ductwork and Piping
- Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, schedules, and construction/shop drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
- Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper file management.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model caonflicts.
- Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in BIM HVAC Modelling.
- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, airports, industrial, hospitality, metro, or mixed-use projects.
