Bim Modeller
Summary
Creates 3D BIM models for MEP services (ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing/sanitary) using Revit and Navisworks, produces shop/as-built drawings, and coordinates with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, with focus on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems.
• Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service)
• Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.
• Prepared shop drawing for submission and As-Built Drawings for site inspection.
• Update models based on the latest Engineer’s Instructions (EIs) from consultants.
• Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project BIM standards.
• Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission.
• 3D Co-ordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants.
• Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination.
• Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project.
