BIM MODELLER
Summary
Creates and maintains 3D building information models and shop drawings using BIM software for construction projects in Singapore.
Your Role
- Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software
- Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings
- Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes
- Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
- Achieve the drawing submission schedule
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim
- Experienced in production of shop drawings
- Other pre-requisites : able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
