Job Summary
Join Waterland Services as a BIM Modeller (M&E) to support our engineering team by preparing and coordinating BIM models and drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and collaborating effectively with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update BIM models for mechanical and electrical (M&E) services to support project design and execution
- Produce coordinated shop and construction drawings that meet project specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate design inputs and resolve issues
- Detect clashes within BIM models and actively participate in coordination meetings to resolve conflicts
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and quality controls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to support project tracking and audits
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering or BIM-related field
- Proficient in using Autodesk Revit for M&E modeling
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to BIM modeling
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Navisworks software to enhance clash detection and model coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
