Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Design Engineer to develop drawings and BIM models for coordination and collaboration using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare BIM models in Revit to support CORENET X submission requirements and ensure compliance with the relevant standards and workflows.
Ensure construction documents, parameters and model information are accurate and up to date.
Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM workflow requirements.
Prepare shop drawings for submission and approval.
Prepare drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination and as-built purposes.
Monitor and update the BIM model based on site condition changes.
Import and integrate 3D models from other software such as SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
Follow BIM standards, project deliverables and the required Level of Development (LOD).
Create and develop Revit parametric families based on project and material requirements.
Be adaptable to other BIM modelling tools required for the project.
Carry out clash detection for Architectural & Structural (A&S) models and prepare clash reports.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and able to produce BIM models for CORENET X submissions. Candidates must possess strong Revit modelling skills, as Revit is essential for preparing and coordinating models in accordance with CORENET X requirements.
Good knowledge of Autodesk CAD software and BIM software/tools (Autodesk Revit & Tekla).
Able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
