BIM Quality Checker (3+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Quality Checker with 3+ years of experience to review and validate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, client requirements, and BIM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and drawings.
- Review model accuracy, standards compliance, and data integrity.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
- Identify and resolve modeling errors and inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
- Generate quality audit reports and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BIM experience in Architecture, Structure, or MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with BIM 360/ACC and ISO 19650 standards.
