BIM Specialist
Summary
Creates 3D building information models (BIM) and CAD drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with engineering teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawings.
- Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
- Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
- Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
- Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
- Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
- Knowledge in BIM responsibilities.
- Maintain and perform document control.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction sector.
- Minimum 2 years knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
