Binance Accelerator Program - Data Analyst
Summary
A 3-6 month internship for students or recent graduates to support the content ecosystem through data monitoring, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing using SQL and Excel.
Responsibilities:
2. User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user journeys from browsing, liking, commenting, and following to content creation. Use user segmentation, funnel analysis, and retention analysis to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and conversion rates.
3. Content Ecosystem Analysis: Evaluate the performance of different content formats, topics, and creators, providing data-driven support for content operations, creator incentive programs, and community campaigns.
4. Strategy and Impact Evaluation: Support data preparation and performance analysis for product features, operational campaigns, and A/B tests. Help summarize findings and recommend improvements.
5. Data Support and Quality Assurance: Extract and analyze data based on the needs of product and operations teams. Participate in event-tracking validation, metric definition and documentation, and data quality checks.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program or above. Candidates majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
2. Proficiency in SQL, including common queries involving multi-table joins, grouping, and aggregation. Strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
3. Foundational knowledge of statistics and familiarity with common analytical methods such as funnel and retention analysis. Ability to derive clear, evidence-based insights from data.
4. Strong interest in content-driven community products, user behavior, content distribution, and creator ecosystems, with a willingness to proactively investigate the business factors behind changes in data.
5. Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy, with strong communication, learning, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous data analytics internship, coursework, project, or competition experience, with the ability to clearly explain your analytical approach and individual contributions.
- Experience in content creation, community operations, or campus media management.
- Availability to work at least four days per week for a minimum of six consecutive months.
