About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. ResponsIbilities

  • Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling.
  • Design and develop internal system to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure of tooling system to ensure high availability of service.
  • Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process.
  • Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing.
  • Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process.
  • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to start from Jul/Aug 2025 during 6 months.
