Discussion

About binske

binske is a leading Colorado-based cannabis brand known for innovative genetics and artistry in cannabis culture. Celebrated for award-winning edibles,
flower, and concentrates, binske represents quality, creativity, and a dedication to giving consumers a memorable experience. We're now bringing that
experience to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Job Overview

We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Brand Ambassador to represent binske through in-store promotions and pop-up events
across Upper Peninsula Michigan. This role is focused on selling directly to consumers (B2C), educating shoppers on our product offerings, and driving
sell-through at every event. Success is measured by sales performance at each pop-up, so a strong sales background is essential.
You'll service multiple dispensary locations throughout the Upper Peninsula - this is a traveling role, and residence in Marquette is not required. The
ideal candidate is dependable, flexible with scheduling (including evenings and weekends), comfortable adapting to last-minute changes, and genuinely
passionate about cannabis and connecting with people.

Essential Functions

  • Execute in-store promotions and pop-up events for the binske brand.
  • Drive sales through consumer education and hands-on engagement.
  • Submit post-event reports via Google Forms, including sales results, customer feedback, and merchandising insights.
  • Ensure event tables and displays align with binske's brand aesthetic and professionalism.
  • Represent the brand with an energetic, approachable, and polished demeanor at every stop.

Performance Objectives

  • Meet or exceed B2C sales goals for each assigned event.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and brand stories to a diverse range of consumers.
  • Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and ensure continued in-store support for binske products.
  • Identify and share consumer trends, buying habits, and promotional feedback with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who works independently while staying connected to a larger team.
  • Strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, creative, and able to keep a professional, positive attitude in busy retail environments.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current car insurance, and consistent ability to travel across the Upper Peninsula.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
