Ready to put your warehouse experience to work? Join Bio Pharma Logistics (BPL) as a full-time Warehouse Associate I in Louisville, Kentucky, where you'll help ensure temperature-sensitive healthcare products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately and safely.

PAY: $19.00 –$20.00 PER HOUR

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You'll pick orders, prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track products and complete transactions. Working in both refrigerated and freezer environments, you'll follow safety and product-handling procedures to help protect product integrity and keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasional weekend work may be required based on business demand.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) required
• Experience with order picking, inventory counts, and resolving discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• ERP experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments while wearing required protective clothing
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
