This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will NOT be accepted through this flyer. Project Planning/Execution: oversees the project life cycle from inception to completion. Defining scopes, developing Project Management Plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and tracking execution to ensure milestones are met on time.

Team Leadership/Coordination: Leads diverse Project Delivery Teams, including contractors, specialists in planning, engineering, construction, and environmental disciplines. Communicates, foster collaboration and resolve complex issues.

Financial Oversight /Control: Manages the project budget, including cost estimating, expense tracking, and reporting. Execute changes and risk management to proactively prevent budget overruns and schedule slippages.

Stakeholder/Customer Relations: Serves as the primary district liaison with sponsors, customers, and government agencies. Manages expectations, resolve external issues, and maintain productive, positive relationships.

Quality/Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to safety regulations. Implement quality control and assurance processes to guarantee deliverables meet technical standards and comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers policies and federal regulations.
