About the role

Degree in Biology or Environmental Sciences or Graduate in Biology or Environmental Sciences + Official Master's in the Science branch (Madrid)

What you'll do

• Support for technical staff in the management of European projects.
• Support for technical staff in environmental projects.
• Support for technical staff for environmental conservation.
• Monitoring and preparation of Environmental reports. - Data download and validation. - Generation of reports. - Generation and maintenance of databases. - Processing of the documentation submitted, contained in each file. - Determination of the environmental situation according to official cartography. - Field visits to locations as necessary. - Provisional diagnosis and preparation of corresponding explanatory maps and, in certain cases, drafting a draft report for assessment.

What we're looking for

• Valid type B driver's license
• Own car
• From 2 years To 3 years of experience in environmental impact assessment
• From 2 years To 3 years of experience in the preparation of environmental reports
• At least 2 years of experience performing functions as an environmental conservation technician

Nice to have

• Training and/or proficiency in QGIS at an advanced level (this will be valued in the technical interview)

Education & certifications

• You possess one of the following qualifications (MECES level 3) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the Secretaría General de Universidades):
  - Degree in Biology
  - Degree in Environmental Sciences
  - Bachelor's Degree in Biology + Official Master's in the Science branch
  - Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences + Official Master's in the Science branch

Languages

• English Level: B2
