RE:LAB s.r.l. in Torino is seeking a Biomedical Engineer – Ergonomics & Product Design to shape components around human interaction. You will design and evaluate physical interfaces, considering ergonomics and usability, and work with mobility and automotive projects within multidisciplinary teams.
The role emphasizes ergonomic principles, anthropometrics, and feasibility, with CAD design support and technical documentation contributions throughout the product development process.
Contribute to design and development of components and physical interfaces for human interaction. Support 3D modeling and CAD design activities. Apply ergonomic and anthropometric principles to product development. Analyze comfort, accessibility, usability, and interaction with physical components. Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout product development. Support evaluation and refinement of design solutions through iterative development. Contribute to technical documentation, benchmarking, and project reviews. Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. Strong interest in ergonomics, human factors, and product development. Familiarity with 3D CAD modeling tools, CATIA V5 or similar. Basic understanding of anthropometry, biomechanics, or human-centered design. Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
