Key Responsibilities
- Perform upstream bioprocessing activities in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Support cell culture, media preparation, bioreactor operations, and process monitoring.
- Carry out aseptic operations while adhering to established quality and safety standards.
- Execute manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with process troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience in upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with upstream processing in laboratory, pilot, or commercial manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in aseptic techniques.
- Experience with large-scale bioprocessing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices and production documentation is preferred.
