Key Responsibilities
- Perform upstream bioprocessing activities within a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment.
- Support cell culture operations, media preparation, bioreactor activities, and process monitoring.
- Execute aseptic processing activities while maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform manufacturing operations according to SOPs, batch records, and established procedures.
- Conduct process monitoring, documentation, and data recording to ensure accurate production records.
- Support troubleshooting activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on experience in upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Practical experience in upstream processing within laboratory, pilot, or commercial manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with aseptic techniques.
- Experience with large-scale bioprocessing will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment.
