BIOS Product Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take care the ARM based development for Supermicro server products
• Evaluate BIOS design specifications on both the board level and the system level
• Control project schedules from design to production
• Define and implement lab validation plans to ensure product quality in functionality and reliability
• Work with BIOS vendors and technical subject matter experts (IHV) to enable new feature sets

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in project management in system/server architecture is desirable.
• BS or MS in IT, EE, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in project management and strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage project schedule and control project budgets
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be plus
• Fluent communication in English and Mandarin is essential
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Must be a team player, have a passion for software development and have excellent verbal /written communication skills
