Job Summary
Drive market development and customer engagement for biological reagents in Singapore’s research institutions. Deliver technical product solutions, organize academic events, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Promote biological reagent products to research institutions and laboratories in Singapore to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain long-term cooperation through regular visits and tailored engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and resolve after-sales issues effectively
- Monitor and report market trends to assist in refining product strategies and business development plans
- Establish and maintain a detailed customer profile database to track project progress and enhance customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology, life sciences, or related fields preferred
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the academic market, with familiarity in scientific research markets considered a plus
- Proven ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and reflect on work processes for continuous improvement
