◆Job Responsibilities

• Bring up new x86 platforms from CRB/reference code to Company's hardware designs.
• Responsible for the full BIOS development life-cycle from platform bring-up to mass production.
• Implement and customize BIOS features according to product requirements, hardware design, and customer-specific requests.
• Analyze and debug BIOS-related issues involving boot flow, ACPI, SMBIOS, PCIe, USB, SATA/NVMe, LAN, display, thermal, power management, and system stability.
• Work with hardware, software, validation, project management, and factory teams to clarify issues and provide technical solutions.
• Integrate and update vendor-provided packages such as Intel ME, microcode, GOP, AMD AGESA, PSP, or other platform firmware components.
• Support security-related BIOS features such as Secure Boot, TPM, BIOS capsule update, Boot Guard, firmware update protection, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Maintain BIOS release quality, version control, release notes, and technical documentation.
• Support customer technical discussions and provide BIOS-related guidance when required.
