Duties

Take proper food and equipment temperatures.

Responsible for the cleanliness, appearance and proper stocking of dining room supplies. Replaces and
stocks beverage such as milk, soda syrup or cartridges, and ice. Restocks condiments and paper goods
such as cups, napkins, creamer, sugar and toppings. Places food on trays, baskets or dispensers for self
service. Restocks grab-and-go areas with prepackaged items. Removes trash to the dumpsters. Cleans
tables, chairs, floors, trash and service areas. Uses commercial strength chemicals to clean, sanitize and
polish.
Takes ownership for the workstation utilizing student employee support.
