Bitcoin Business Operations and Strategy Intern

You will support anti-financial-crime cases, KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, and suspicious-activity reporting. You will work across operations, product, and support to improve customer processes, analyse AI-supported workflows and data, onboard and offboard affiliate partners, and continuously optimise systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process anti-financial-crime cases accurately and quickly
• Identify suspicious transaction patterns
• Support KYC reviews and regulatory compliance
• Assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious-activity reports
• Use compliance tools to minimise risk
• Collaborate across operations, product, and support
• Improve the customer experience across processes
• Analyse and optimise AI-supported workflows
• Prepare data-driven analyses to support decisions
• Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
• Continuously optimise systems and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
• Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
• Experience in a startup, consulting, or financial services is desirable
• Understanding of compliance or anti-financial-crime topics is desirable
