Bitcoin Business Operations and Strategy Intern

You will handle anti-financial-crime cases, support KYC checks, monitor transactions, and identify suspicious patterns. You will work across operations, product, and support to improve customer processes, analyze AI-supported workflows, produce data-driven insights, and manage affiliate partner onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Process anti-financial-crime cases accurately and promptly
• Identify suspicious transaction patterns
• Support KYC reviews and regulatory compliance
• Assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports
• Use compliance tools to reduce risk
• Collaborate with operations, product, and support
• Improve the customer experience across processes
• Analyze and optimize AI-supported workflows
• Create data-driven analyses for decision-making
• Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
• Continuously optimize systems and processes

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
