BizOps Manager
The BizOps Manager will plan and execute quarterly in-person programmes in London and globally, manage client partnerships and end-to-end sales processes, support marketing, and oversee internal administration. The role reports to the Head of BizOps and works closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person programmes in London and globally.
- Develop and maintain client partnerships and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Execute marketing strategies for events and initiatives.
- Oversee in-house administration, invoices, team socials, and other operational tasks.
- Coordinate multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support organisational growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Early work experience or a recent or upcoming graduate.
- Strong desire to work as a BizOps Manager in a startup.
- Academic record of 2:1 or above from a leading university.
- Confidence, initiative, and eagerness to move quickly into leadership.
- Evidence of atypical achievements beyond an undergraduate degree.
- Interest in Web3 is encouraged but not required.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills demonstrated through teamwork or leadership.
- Clear motivation to contribute to the organisation's operational backbone.
- Curiosity, unconventional interests, integrity, kindness, and supportiveness.
- Based in London and able to work in the office most days.
