The BizOps Manager will plan and execute quarterly in-person programmes in London and globally, manage client partnerships and end-to-end sales processes, support marketing, and oversee internal administration. The role reports to the Head of BizOps and works closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person programmes in London and globally.
  • Develop and maintain client partnerships and manage end-to-end sales processes.
  • Execute marketing strategies for events and initiatives.
  • Oversee in-house administration, invoices, team socials, and other operational tasks.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support organisational growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Early work experience or a recent or upcoming graduate.
  • Strong desire to work as a BizOps Manager in a startup.
  • Academic record of 2:1 or above from a leading university.
  • Confidence, initiative, and eagerness to move quickly into leadership.
  • Evidence of atypical achievements beyond an undergraduate degree.
  • Interest in Web3 is encouraged but not required.
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills demonstrated through teamwork or leadership.
  • Clear motivation to contribute to the organisation's operational backbone.
  • Curiosity, unconventional interests, integrity, kindness, and supportiveness.
  • Based in London and able to work in the office most days.
