BL Project Engineer 1
Main Responsibilities:
Project management support
- Support Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project review.
- Compile inputs to prepare project planning reports.
Retrofit implementation support
- Support in supervising the ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.
- Support in the Project Manager in managing the relationship with the Government entity.
Post-retrofit support
- Support the supervision of O&M services provided.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring that the performance guarantees are satisfied.
- Liaise with Finance / Legal to resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- CEM / CMVP certification is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- 0 - 2 years in a project management role with responsibility for the performance of contractors; preferably with retrofit experience within ESCO (or EPC) industry experience.
- Interpersonal: Professional proficiency of English required; fluency in Arabic is a must; effective communication skills (written and verbal); effective time management skills; ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Technical: Technical knowledge relating to building retrofits and potential savings.
