Position Overview: Mixing Operator

As a Mixing Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality supplement products. You’ll follow detailed processes to blend ingredients safely and accurately, working hands-on with equipment and alongside a supportive team.

This is a physically active role that keeps you moving, engaged, and contributing every step of the way.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Prepare and clean equipment and workspaces to ensure top-tier quality and safety standards
• Accurately verify and handle raw materials, ensuring everything meets specifications
• Operate large blending equipment to produce product batches
• Open and add ingredients into blenders, then discharge finished product into drums
• Weigh, label, and document finished batches with precision
• Maintain detailed logs for traceability and compliance
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure all standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all safety guidelines

Work Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  (Occasional overtime on Fridays)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
  (Occasional overtime on Fridays)

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stay on your feet for 10-hour shifts
• Comfortable working at heights and in a hands-on environment

Important Work Environment Details

• This role involves lifting, working with powders, and operating equipment
• Must follow strict GMP guidelines, including:
• No food or jewelry in production areas
• Adherence to uniform and hygiene requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• 1st Shift: $19.25/hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.25/hour
