You will create disruptive Web3 applications and develop backend foundations at the intersection of Web3 and FinTech. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams, build reusable cross-chain libraries, and maintain and extend client- and server-side applications for integrations and business processes. You will develop expertise in payments and Web3, understand asset flows from the smart-contract perspective, and lead third-party integrations.

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of software engineering experience
  • Have 1 year of blockchain developer experience
  • Have experience with Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka
  • Be familiar with Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin tooling, and smart contract debugging
  • Understand blockchains, smart contracts, dApps, wallet types, and standards
  • Master applied encryption principles, including encryption, digital signatures, hashing, message authentication, and secure key-pair transfer
  • Have experience leading third-party integrations
  • Be familiar with crypto-economic protocol design, including governance and incentive structures
  • Have prior experience building systems for financial markets
