Blockchain Legal Support Working Student
Summary
A part-time legal role supporting blockchain regulation research, contract drafting, and compliance for a non-profit foundation behind the Cardano blockchain.
You will conduct legal research and support legal assessments relating to blockchain regulation, financial services law, data protection, and other legal developments. You will assist with drafting, reviewing, administering, and organizing agreements, prepare responses to general inquiries, maintain compliance documentation, and support internal governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and support legal assessments on blockchain regulation, financial services law, data protection, and related developments.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, administering, and organizing agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and provider contracts.
- Prepare responses to general inquiries.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- Assist with internal governance processes.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a Swiss law degree programme and have completed at least the first three semesters.
- Demonstrate interest in contract law, financial services regulation, data protection, intellectual property, or related legal areas.
- Show curiosity about blockchain technology and public decentralized infrastructure.
- Be fluent in English and German.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
