Blockchain Simulations Engineer
You will maintain and ship features to a custom Solana node, and improve a Solana multi-transaction simulator to handle high throughput and complex scenarios. You will monitor and adopt new Solana ecosystem features, write and deploy Solana smart contracts when necessary, and contribute to engineering practices that improve developer experience. You will work remotely across a stack that includes Rust, Python, and cloud services, and help ensure production systems run reliably at scale.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ship features to a custom Solana node
- Improve the Solana multi-transaction simulator
- Monitor and adopt new Solana ecosystem features and update products to support them
- Write and deploy Solana smart contracts when necessary
- Drive engineering practices that improve developer experience and attract talent
Requirements
- 4+ years full-time software engineering experience
- 1+ years full-time experience working with Rust
- 1+ years full-time experience working with EVM technologies
- Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
