As a Blog Editor & Native Ads Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of AI-powered US newsletters, combining editorial planning, audience engagement, and native advertising. You'll help create content readers trust while supporting the growth and monetization of our brands.

You will work closely with the Editorial and Affiliate teams and report to the Hiring Manager / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the editorial planning and publishing of AI-powered newsletter brands.
• Integrate affiliate offers and sponsored content in a natural, reader-friendly way.
• Monitor engagement metrics and improve content performance.
• Collaborate with affiliate partners and respond to relevant US news and trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or managing a real audience through a blog, newsletter, media project, or creator channel.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, sponsorships, or native advertising.
• Background in finance, investing, personal finance, or health & wellbeing content.
• Strong, conversational writing in American English (C1).
• Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with US audiences.
• WordPress, Beehiiv, Ghost, or Substack.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Everflow, ClickBank, BuyGoods, etc.).
• Influencer marketing or creator management experience.
• Prompt engineering or workflow automation skills.
