Blow Mold Maintenance Technician

Our location at the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Northpoint Facility in Houston, TX is searching for a high-quality team player who is interested in working with state-of-the-art equipment in a stable, fast-paced work environment.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on production machinery and support equipment

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance of air compressors, material dumpers, blow machines, and air-conveyor lines

• Perform changeovers of blow molders per production demands

• Rebuild sub-assemblies to OEM specifications

• Troubleshoot electrical control and distribution systems to include 24VAC, 120VAC, 277VAC and 480VAC controller and monitor control systems

• PLC programming and troubleshooting knowledge

• Operate production equipment and perform production duties when assigned
