Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer (JDA / RedPrairie) (6 Month Project)

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer to support and enhance a warehouse management environment from the IT side.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who knows Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie Dispatcher and is comfortable working across application configuration, Oracle PL/SQL development, reporting, warehouse workflows, and production releases.

What you will work on

• Support and enhance an existing Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS solution
• Develop advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts for client-specific functionality
• Create and maintain reports using Jaspersoft / JasperReports
• Configure and troubleshoot Merge rules and RF/RDT warehouse workflows
• Support warehouse business teams with technical analysis and issue resolution
• Move application changes from Test through UAT into Production
• Troubleshoot application, data, workflow, and integration-related issues
• Document changes and work within enterprise IT, security, and change-management processes

Requirements

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher, JDA Dispatcher, or RedPrairie Dispatcher
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and WMS processes
• Experience supporting application changes across Test, UAT, and Production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Highly relevant experience:

• Jaspersoft / JasperReports
• Merge rules
• RF / RDT workflows and configuration
• Receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
• Client-specific Dispatcher enhancements and customizations

This role would suit a Dispatcher Technical Consultant, WMS Application Engineer, Dispatcher Developer, or Technical WMS Specialist who enjoys combining technical development with hands-on warehouse application support.
