AltraSet, a division of Mar-Bal, Inc., is looking for Bulk Packers to assist in preparing, weighing, and packing our pre-molded compound while supporting general production operations. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Follow safety and lockout equipment procedures.
- Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance in line with the attendance policy.
- Follows work instructions pertaining to job description.
- Prepares BMC for use in-plant or by outside customers by packaging in bulk quantities.
- Must be able to stand while operating machinery.
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Operate automated packaging station
- Maintains a clean and safe environment.
Skill Requirements: - Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
- Basic math skills specifically adding & subtracting.
- Ability to understand & complete Lock Out/Tag Out Certification Exam
- Ability to set up and operate machinery/equipment, including using specific tools to clean equipment.
