Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, customize, and develop BMC Helix ITSM applications based on business and service management requirements.
- Manage and maintain BMC applications, ensuring availability, performance, and smooth operation.
- Develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM workflows, forms, fields, and application components.
- Create and maintain BMC Dashboards and generate reports to support IT Service Delivery and management requirements.
- Develop complex reports using fields, formulas, and other reporting capabilities.
- Configure and manage TrueSight modules, including both development and administration activities.
- Create and manage Inventory Catalogs within the BMC environment.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide technical support as required.
- Work closely with IT Service Delivery teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement appropriate BMC solutions.
- Ensure BMC applications and configurations follow established IT service management processes and standards.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- BMC Helix ITSM Application Development & Administration certifications are required/preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing BMC applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
- Experience with BMC Dashboard development and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with TrueSight modules, covering both development and administration.
