BMH Graduate Trainee (Corporate Finance & Administrations)

Role:
The Graduate Trainee position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience across Corporate Finance, Trustee Services, Corporate Governance, HR, and Administration. Working alongside the Group CEO and Office Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to financial analysis, strategic
projects, and business operations, while developing a strong understanding of trustee services, fiduciary responsibilities, and the operations of a listed company.

Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Finance & Governance

• Support corporate finance activities, including M&A, treasury matters, financial analysis, and special projects.
• Assist in financial modelling, research, and preparation of management reports and Board presentations.
• Support SGX compliance, corporate governance matters, Board meetings, AGM, and Annual Report preparation.
• Assist in maintaining corporate records and coordinating with auditors, legal advisers, and company secretaries.

2. Group Administration

• Support full-cycle HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Assist in office administration, vendor coordination, facilities management, and record keeping.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Proficient in data mining, investment research and analysis.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
